Ingredients

  • 25 curry leaves,
  • 2 whole dry Kashmiri red chillies,
  • 1/2 cup grated dry coconut,
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds,
  • 1/4 cup roasted chana dal,
  • 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp,
  • salt to taste

How to make:

All ingredients are mixed except tamarind,

The mixture is then baked in a deep skillet, use medium heat to grill,

The ingredients that have been roasted are transferred to the mixer

Add tamarind dregs, and mash it into a powder, don’t use water

Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator or in an airtight container, use for every other day.
