How to Use Saffron for Specific Purposes

1. Benefits of saffron for women’s reproductive health

Take one cup of milk and boil it over the fire. Add a spoonful of shatavari powder and add 3 saffron stigmas. Stir well and steep for five minutes and stir every 30-60 minutes. Then, after 5 minutes, put the mixture in a cup and don’t strain it. Drink every night before bed. It will treat fertility problems, lactation depletion, increased libido, postpartum symptoms, menopause symptoms, menstrual pain or amenorrhea (lack of menstruation).

2. Benefits of saffron for male reproductive health

To get this benefit, then take one cup of milk and turn on the heat until the milk boils. Add ashwagandha powder and 3 saffron stigmas. Then, stir until smooth and steep for 5 minutes, pour the mixture into a cup and do not strain (like making saffron for women’s health). Drink this concoction every night before going to bed. These health benefits of saffron will increase libido, cure premature ejaculation, impotence and treat infertility.

3. For complete rejuvenation

To get the benefits of saffron in overall body rejuvenation, make a daffron concoction like the following.

Bring a cup of milk and bring it to a boil over the fire. Add 3 saffron stigmas and a teaspoon of ghee. Stir evenly and steep for 5 minutes, stirring every 30-60 seconds. After stirring for 5 minutes, put the ingredients into a cup without straining. Wait for the temperature to cool to 100 degrees. After that add a teaspoon of honey, drink before bed, do it every night for rejuvenating therapy.

4. Saffron to improve mood and stabilize emotions

Take two cups of water and bring to a boil, add 3-5 sprigs of saffron and a tablespoon of brahmi leaves. Steep for 10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced to one cup. Strain the potion, and drink it twice a day when you are sad, depressed, anxious, frustrated, angry. You can reproduce this recipe as needed, of course with the right ratio.

5. Beautify skin

Next, how to make a concoction of saffron to treat skin problems or to beautify the skin.

Take one cup of water and bring to a boil, when it boils turn off the heat and remove the pot. Add 3-5 saffron stigmas and steep for 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly and pour the infusion in a cup (do not strain). Drink this saffron tea in the morning before eating (on an empty stomach) and drink another cup before going to bed at night.

Also apply saffron infusion oil or ghee to the face every night before going to bed, this will make it easier to beautify the skin.

6. Benefits of saffron for digestion

To get the benefits for digestion, make a saffron concoction like the following.

Boil three cups of water in a small saucepan, reduce heat and wait for it to boil slowly. Then add a spoonful of ground ginger, and 7-9 sprigs of saffron. Strain the mixture and drink one cup 30 minutes before meals. For better results, you can add a teaspoon of honey to the cup when the water is still 100 degrees.
