One of the nutrients in Aloe vera is vitamin C, this is important in the formation of iron, helps immunity, maintains healthy bones and teeth. This is an herbal plant that has great vitamin C content. For each cup of aloe vera contains 9.1 grams of vitamin C.

In addition, aloe vera is also rich in essential or essential vitamins such as vitamin A which is called beta-carotene, vitamin B12, folic acid, vitamin E, and choline. Other minerals found in aloe vera are calcium, copper, chromium, magnesium, selenium, potassium, manganese, zinc and sodium.

Enzymes

Aloe vera gel functions as a laxative that encourages the release of toxins or waste in the body.

Aloe vera gel contains anthraquinones, which are compounds that are useful as a laxative. If you are using tongue gel to treat constipation, then for the initial stage use it in small amounts. It is intended that our bodies are slowly accustomed to this natural remedy.
